Other changes

– Etemenanki nerf to 1 science on Marsh (from 2)
+ Reduce odd of totally pillage district and improvement destroy on disasters.
= Meteor loot table changed :
– 2 Eureka, 1% chance. (So 100% before turn 15).
– Heavy chariot, 99% chance, minimum turn 15 (online speed).

Bugfix

= Georgia get the right amount of faith on kills.
