– legions and immortals require 10 iron
– persian trade routes now max at 5 culture and 5 gold instead of 7
– Nubian archers ranged strength returned to firaxis value of 30

[GOVERNORS]
– liang’s right promotions getting rehaul
– no amenities along with the housing per district/wonder
– prod goes on resources instead of per pop

[CIVS]
– poland relic for completing religion fixed with new beliefs
– china gets +1 all yields for each wonder it constructs
– cothon bonus for settlers/boats reduced to 25% from 50%

[IMPROVEMENTS]
– haciencendas cannot be built on hills
– kurgans can be built on hills
– missions cannot be built next to each other and no more housing at civil service
– great wall gets +1 prod per adj great wall

[CITY-STATES]
– nihang units from lahore get +10 per 1st encampment building instead of 15
– ngazargamu bonus reduced to 10% per encampment building instead of 20%

[PANTHEONS]
– sacred path gives +1 adj for forests instead of 1.5
– work ethic returned to bbg version (prod based on shrine/temple faith output)

[RELIGIONS]
– Holy Water now +10 to all units within a city’s borders that follow your religion
