A quick update for fixes and tweaks :
– World Church, Tithe, Cross-Cultural Dialogue now +1 yield per 2 followers instead of 3
– Golf Course now gets extra gold and culture later (at Enlightenment)
– City Park reduced to 3 gold, culture, science instead of 4 each
– GDRs work with Fascism Legacy card
